Sidewalk ambiance in Melbourne

I love the sidewalk cafes, bars, etc in non-USA countries. Here is an
example from a street in Melbourne Australia. I could spend all
afternoon reading, sipping coffee, and doing wifi. I think I was born
on the wrong continent.
