Commentary: Cell phone use when driving should be illegal

See this article dealing with a serious safety problem--
people who use their cell phones ( talking or sending text messages)
when driving. Just this Saturday I was at a four way stop and a person
driving toward the intersection at full speed went through the
intersection without slowing down. And they were busy gabbing on their
phone.

I think more states should outlaw cell phone use while driving.
